Dr. Steven Wong is a distinguished offshore specialist, combines his expertise in offshore business setup and licensed entity formation with his passion for empowering business owners worldwide. With a remarkable portfolio spanning over 45 countries, Dr. Wong has facilitated the establishment of business and investment entities in more than 10 jurisdictions across the globe.
Drawing upon his extensive experience in management, corporate planning, international business relations, collaborations, and joint ventures, Dr. Wong has an impressive track record. His tenure at several publicly listed companies quoted on stock exchanges in London and Kuala Lumpur from 2006 to 2013 showcases his expertise in managing international collaborations and developing effective corporate strategies. Notably, he has skillfully designed corporate structures at both domestic and international levels, aligning them with corporate goals.
In 2014, harnessing his profound expertise, Dr. Wong embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding his own consulting firm. With a primary focus on providing advisory services for business formation in various jurisdictions, particularly specializing in offshore endeavors. In subsequent years, Dr. Wong further expanded his offerings to encompass financial advisory, corporate secretarial services, and trust services. Testament to his dedication and vision, he established a licensed securities company and a licensed trust company in Labuan in 2015 and 2016, respectively.
Dr. Wong's academic achievements further reinforce his expertise in the field. He obtained his Bachelor's Degree in Human Development in 1998 and pursued higher education to earn a Master's Degree in Business Administration in 2008. Subsequently, in 2016, he successfully completed his Doctorate in Business Administration, enhancing his comprehensive understanding of business principles and practices.

Mr. Khoo has vast experience in corporate re-structuring, corporate strategies planning and implementation, financial management and corporate budgeting. Mr. Khoo is a fellow member of the Association of Charted Certified Accountant (ACCA) since 1999. He is also a member of the Malaysia Institute of Accountant (MIA). During his earlier career stage, he worked with several highly rated auditing firms including one of the big four accounting firms in Malaysia.
