No-Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Services
All fees paid for Labuan company incorporation and related corporate services provided by Multi Trust Ltd, a licensed trust company under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act 2010 (License No. LT0111), are strictly non-refundable.
By engaging our services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- All payments made for incorporation services, annual fees, registered office services, corporate secretarial services, and any other services are final and non-refundable upon payment.
- No refunds, rebates, credits, or compensation will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or cancellation of incorporation
- Withdrawal of application after submission
- Delays in processing by regulatory authorities
- Rejection of application by Labuan FSA or other authorities
- Client’s failure to provide required documentation
- Non-use or under utilization of services
- This policy applies to all service fees, government fees, registration fees, and third-party costs incurred in the course of providing
- Fees paid for annual or recurring services (registered office, corporate secretarial, compliance services) are non-refundable regardless of the date of termination or
Acceptance
By signing this agreement or making payment, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and unconditionally accept this no-refund policy.
